HT300 Castings & Natural Aging
Machine bases, columns, and worktables are cast from dense HT300 resin-sand iron. Raw castings sit outdoors for 6 months for natural aging followed by thermal stress-relief annealing to permanently eliminate residual casting stresses.
Precision Guideway Grinding & Scraping
Mounting surfaces are machined on 6-meter gantry rail grinders. Mating slideway surfaces on box-way machines are hand-scraped by veteran craftsmen with Turcite-B anti-friction lining to ensure uniform oil film lubrication.
Renishaw Laser Pitch Calibration
Every unit is tested with British Renishaw XL-80 laser interferometers for dynamic linear pitch error compensation across full travels. Verified positioning accuracy is within ±0.005mm and repeatability within ±0.003mm.
72-Hour Full-Load Dry Run
Before crating, machines run continuous 72-hour test cycles simulating rapid axis feeds, spindle thermal stabilization, and automatic tool changes. A signed inspection report and test video are provided to the buyer.

Seaworthy Export Packaging
All machines are prepared for long ocean container transit:
- Heavy anti-rust grease applied on table, spindle, and ground guideways.
- Heat-sealed VCI vacuum moisture-barrier foil with industrial desiccant bags.
- Bolted steel base frame or fumigated timber crate secured inside 20GP or 40HQ containers with high-tensile wire rope tensioners.
Factory Visits & Third-Party Inspection
We welcome in-person visits to our Tengzhou assembly plant. For international buyers who cannot visit China in person:
